Send us an email or a message via the contact form, including your order number.

Return the item
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided.

Refund
Once the item is received and verified, the refund is processed within 5 business days.
Return conditions
- You have 14 days after receipt to return an item.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defect or our error.
- Custom-made items cannot be returned (personalised production).
Exchanges
- Would you like to exchange your item? Contact us and we will arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired product.
- In case of a price difference, an additional payment or partial refund will be made.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will cover the return and offer a replacement or full refund.
Refund
- The refund is made via the payment method used for the order.
- Refund timeline: 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return.
- Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of our error.
