The Moroccan Berber rug embodies ancestral know-how passed down from mother to daughter for centuries in the mountainous regions of the Atlas. Each handmade Berber rug is the result of weeks, even months of meticulous work, where each knot is tied by hand on a traditional loom. This living heritage perpetuates unique weaving techniques that have made the artisanal Moroccan rug world-renowned.

Berber rug patterns are not simply decorative: they tell stories, convey beliefs, and express the identity of each tribe. Protective diamonds, zigzags symbolising water or mountains, chevron patterns… Each authentic Berber rug is a unique visual language. Natural and local materials
Moroccan Berber rugs stand out through the exclusive use of natural materials. Locally shorn sheep wool is washed, carded, and hand-spun before being dyed with natural pigments or used in its raw colour. This natural wool gives the artisanal Berber rug its characteristic softness, exceptional durability, and ability to naturally regulate temperature.

Each handmade Moroccan Berber rug is a truly unique piece. Slight variations in colour, density, and patterns attest to the authentic artisanal character of the production. A medium-sized rug requires between 4 and 10 weeks of continuous work. This artisanal production guarantees exceptional pieces, far from industrial standardisation, where each Berber rug tells its own story.
